Ready for a job search?
Thinking about a career change?
Considering going back to school?
Preparing to graduate?
Clients approach me for many reason, but they often have a few things in common. They want their careers to work for them, and they think that some support can help.
Career counseling can be a great resource throughout your career. I can assist as you define your personal goals, make decisions, prepare for your next step, and move forward. This can be especially helpful when you launch your career, make a career change, re-enter the workforce, or prepare for a job search.
Together, we will engage in evidence-based approaches that help you identify and explore new paths. Career assessments may also offer insights for career exploration. I offer administration and interpretation of such tools as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument and the Strong Interest Inventory®.
Having worked in private practice for more than 20 years, I work with clients who are just launching their careers as well as experienced professionals in their 30s, 40s and 50s. I have assisted those in careers as varied as education, politics, the media, finance, entrepreneurial paths, medicine, not-for-profit, and the arts.
